Who we are
Lenz Arts, Inc., which operates RivesBFK.com, is a fine art store located in Santa Cruz, California, about a 90-minute drive south of San Francisco. The business was founded in 1968 by two artists, Andy and Cynthia Lenz, and it continues to be run by the Lenz Family and a dedicated staff of 20-25 people. We have operated RivesBFK.com since January 2005, but have sold BFK to artists for decades prior to that.

Who we share your data with
We only share your data with those organizations necessary to process your order (such as to process your credit card or ship your package) or as required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties. We currently use Paypal to take your payment and Paypal has their own privacy statement which is located on the Paypal website.
How long we retain your data
When you purchase via our website, we store your personal contact information in your user profile indefinitely in our point of sale (POS) system. We do not store your credit card number. You can request to have your personal information deleted from our POS system at any time. Your purchase information will be stored indefinitely in our POS system . . . that means we should be able to reprint your receipt if you lost it but you still need to be reimbursed by your employer, for instance.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive a report of the personal data we hold about you (if any), including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
